We at Data Guardian are excited to announce that we are both NAID AAA and Custodial Certified in paper, non-paper, micro-media, and hard drive destruction and scanning and imaging.

"We're proud to show our customers how seriously we take the security of their proprietary and customer information and being NAID Certified shows we hold ourselves to the highest standards in industry"
- Kristee Ely, General Manager

NAID (the National Association for Information Destruction) is the standard bearer in the destruction industry. NAID Certifications are recognized by local, state, and federal governments as the "gold standard" in security policies for document destruction companies.

Data Guardian is one of the few companies in Michigan and Indiana to be Custodial Certified in scanning and imaging and is the only company in Michigan, as of the time of this article, to be certified in all four destruction certifications and in scanning and imaging. We are confident that we can provide all of our clients the highest possible level of service while still maintaining competitive pricing and excellent service.

Data Guardian's facilities in Portage are secured continually with recorded and limited employee access, no non-employee access, and professionally-monitored security and CCTV monitoring throughout the entire destruction area. This is on top of our staff vetting, which includes: background checks at the state, federal, and local levels going back 7 years from the time of hire and continually while employed, Social Security and reference verification at the time of hire, and drug testing at the time of hiring and randomly while employed.

Data Guardian serves all of Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Grand Rapids, Lansing, St. Joseph & Benton Harbor, Jackson, and South Bend including everywhere in between. Contact us at info@dataguardian-kxs.com to request pricing and learn about our services.
